After making the Dallas Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 1974, Drew Pearson went on to play 11 seasons in the NFL and appeared in three Super Bowls with the Cowboys. Pearson helped Dallas win Super Bowl XII and played in three Pro bowls while being named All-Pro three times. He was voted to the NFL's 1979 All-Decade Team. Since his retirement as a player, Pearson has been a successful business man and speaker, building Drew Pearson Enterprises, Inc. into the nation's largest black sporting goods concern. He published his autobiography, Hail Mary, in 2005 and just released his newest book Remembering Texas Stadium.
